subscribtion got reopend after canceling it two times
I cancelt my subscribtion last year two times, since it got resubscribt without my orders...
Today i just received an email that dropbox collected the money for the subscribtion... Does any one of you also has the same problem?
I will take the money back via paypal... But thats the last time iam using Dropbox and completle migrate to oneDrive after 5 Years using the pro account...

Did you resume your subscription after having cancelled it in the past by any chance?
If not, can you please confirm that you're following these steps to cancel your subscription?
If you did and the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of your plan tab omitting any personal information if possible.
