Signing quota limit

I had a basic plan but got a message of “ Exceeded signature request quota”, so upgraded to the family plan thinking that would be sufficient & but I still got the message again when I tried to send some documents for signing. Message said the request is saved as a draft on documents and will need to be sent out manually after you upgrade. How do I send manually?

Hey Missy33, thanks for joining our Community.

This limit doesn't really have to do with your Dropbox account.

All Dropbox customers can send up to three free signature requests per month, but you'd need a Dropbox Sign plan to send more documents.

If you're interested in that, you can take a look here.

Let me know if you have any questions.
