No basic plan or download for foreigners?

Hi there. Seems like a basic question but couldn't find any info. A friend is sending videos from overseas, they're longer than 5 minutes so that ruled out most apps. We tried Google Drive but there'...

    It almost certainly sounds like he has downloaded an incorrect app/scam app. Basic is available everywhere so he can get that. He just needs to sign up. 

     

    Get him to go to www.dropbox.com/downloading to do it.

     

    I'd also suggest changing your password just to be on the safe side.
