Paid for account but cannot access it
My bank account was charged $199 on 11-18-24 for my annual Dropbox subscription. I went to my account today, and it won't allow me access, nor can I make a request via the very frustrating self-help garbage that leads to dozens of dead ends.
How can I get access to my account that I paid for? Also, the inability to contact via phone is a tremendous waste of time for your customers.

I'm also having that problem. I found that I added a letter to the end of the email address that I registered for the account. So, I need to change the email address associated with the dropbox account. I cannot access it, get the invoice, cancel the service, do anything. I put in a ticket with drop box a couple of weeks ago and haven't gotten any help. Any suggestions?
