No option to disable downloads for shared links on Dropbox Plus
Straight to the point - there is no way to prevent downloads with the ‘PLUS’ plan. Previously, you could set to ‘view’ and prevent downloading. Now… the options are awful. View should mean view. The Dropbox answer? Upgrade to ESSENTIALS - preventing downloading should be available to all users. And other options are available. So that’s why I am leaving Dropbox.
