New Family plan didn't move files from the old Family plan, why?

Good morning everyone.

I have a slight problem, my companies family plan expired and then a new family plan was subscribed to but now all the work on the old family plan is not on the new family plan.

Is the best thing to do to just copy and paste all files to the new family plan or is there another way to transfer all files to the new family plan?

Hi Tihan, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you clarify what you mean by the work not being on the new Family plan?

Do you mean that certain files aren't appearing in your Dropbox account?

This will help me to assist further!

    Hi Jay

By work I mean all the files that were on the old plan that I now need to move to the new plan.

    I hope this makes sense.

By default, all files will remain on the personal accounts after the downgrade to the Basic plans. This article explains what happens when a Family plan is cancelled.

If the files are missing, then users can try to recover files from the deleted files page if need be.
