Moving from individual plans to one Enterprise plan in company

    Hey Rebecca16, thanks for taking the time to post to our Community!

     

    When upgrading to Dropbox Business in general, first you'll need to choose which one of the accounts will become the team admin.

     

    Once you've found who'll be admin, they are going to be the one to upgrade their account to Business.

     

    Once they've upgraded, they'll be free to invite any account they want to join the team.

     

    Even if the invitees have individual subscriptions, once invited, their subscriptions will end and they'll get a prorated refund for those subscriptions.
