I'm leaving my Dropbox family plan, but I'm still a member?
Hi Dropbox Team,
My account with the same id on dropbox been member of the family plan however strangely, its automatically leave the plan by sending the email while on the account setting page...

my account is member of family plan, however in the top menu its show that i am out of space with 2GB, i am not able to sync or upload anything. please check further and rectify at your earliest.

Are you the manager of the Family plan, or a member?
When you submitted the ticket, did you do it via the support page, or by sending an email directly?

sent via email, and this account is the member of the family. do you want to send the email from the manager account as well.

It won't be possible to directly email the support team in general, as the ticket wouldn't be created fully. You should have received a response about that in your email under that ticket ID you gave me.
Please could you login as your normal user and create the ticket via the support page for further assistance.
