- 4 years agoThe Dropbox Transfer plan has the same quota as the Basic plan, meaning you get 2 GB of quota.
The 100 GB is for using the Transfer feature on your account, which on a normal Basic plan would be 100 MB. The files could be uploaded directly into a transfer to be sent to someone.

I upgraded to the 2TB free 30 day trial, but my account still says that my drop box is full. It still says that I only have the 2GB option. Any ideas?

How did you upgrade? Have you checked it was the correct account (i.e. if you add a file to the upgraded device does it appear on other)
