Hi there,
My Dropbox Essentials Trial is supposed to end on June 11th. I keep trying to cancel but it keeps giving me an error message. I can't even change my plan if I wanted to. Please help. ...

Hi there, Oh! I just read this message. So yes, I was right to think that you were on a Business team trial ( as what is showing in your screenshot). But if you claimed that you were on a free trial for Dropbox Essentials then got the Free trial for Dropbox Business, then what happened was that your Dropbox Essentials trial is cancelled, because you cannot be on 2 trials at the same time. So as long as you are able to cancel the team trial and disband the team, when it reverts back to an individual plan, you should be on the Basic plan already, and not on the Essentials trial. To find out if you have successfully canceled the team plan, you can click this link : www.dropbox.com/account/general and then on the 3rd row going down, if you see "Personal Email" rather than "Work Email" , then it means you are now back on the Basic plan. But if you see "Work Email" it means you have not successfully canceled the team trial just yet. Let us know so we can proceed to the next step . Thank you.

Hi,
I think you might be onto something.
I was on a Free Trial for Dropbox Essential and then got a Free Trial offer for Dropbox Business. The Dropbox Business account was causing issues with syncing so I cancelled it. It reverted me back to my Dropbox Essential Free Trial. Now I can’t cancel that one.

This is perfect! I am glad that we were able to confirm the cancellation of your trial plan and that it got reverted back to the Basic plan already. Hope you have a great day ahead.
