How long does a refund take to process?
Hi, I was auto-charged for an annual dropbox subscription and have been notified by my bank that a refund is pending action by Dropbox. How long will the refund take to process?

Generally, refunds take 3-5 business days for them to get processed in the system and for the amount to return to your payment provider.

The refund was in a pending state up until the 05/10/23 , I can confirm the refund has now settled and should be with you within 3-5 working days.

This was the reply I got through my email this morning. But this is the second or third time receiving such an email mentioning "refund is settled and should be within 3-5 working days". I am really holding my patience to receive my amount of $119.88. Being a student, this amount is huge. My fingers crossed to receive my money back into my account. I would suggest keeping an eye on this and since you're already in contact with our specialists, if you still have an issue after 3-5 days, reply back to that ticket, to let them know.
