How I can reach live chat support with Dropbox Essentials?
How can I access the live chat feature if I just bought Dropbox essentials as it won’t let me chat or send an email?

Are you using a trial or a paid version (i.e. you have actually given card info and been charged?).
I ask because live chat is only available to people on paid plans and not those who have just activated a trial.
The other possibility is that you are trying to access outside of office hours.
