Frustrated by lack of support! We're on a Team account, but members can't contact Support.
We have an enterprise account, our Dropbox admin goes on holiday and now we have no expedited support available! Even DB's chatbot is down and won't launch. All we're left with is the community, where the question we have has already been posted, but with no satisfactory answer. Frustrating and expensive to have staff idle because we can't get in touch with DB support. Terrible system.

Keep in mind that you should be able to have email Support, even as a Team member. However, I'd be more than happy to help on my end!
You mentioned that your question has been posted. Did you use a different username on your end to post your question, because I can't see it on my end under your current username?
