Hey Larues, sorry to hear about this.
In this case, you can try the look up tool to identify the email address that's connected to the charge in question.
If you don't recognize it or have further queries about this, you can reach out to our support team through this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without singing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
If you end up getting a ticket ID from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up too.
