Downgrade without losing content
Hi, I have to temporarily downgrade our teams account to a basic personal account. It´s not very intuitive... How can I do this without losing content? We will eventually upgrade again

Before thinking of that have you checked to ensure you can access it each individual person will need to ensure that the folder on the accounts that they have access to are less than 2gb in size (including all shares as that will use quota). If they need more than that they'll need to individually upgrade as well.
