does downgrading to Basic mean I lose access to shared folders?

    Hi arnna, thanks for posting today.

     

    If you downgrade to a Dropbox Basic plan, you don't lose access to any existing files or folders on your account.

     

    All that will happen is that if the account is overquota when you're on Basic, then files will stop syncing to your account, including those files in shared folders.
