Cancelling an account that is using company card
We had a couple employees in our company open Dropbox accounts connected to our company card but now we can't pinpoint which account is using the company card to cancel it.
Hey ABB HI, thanks for reaching out to us today.
If you'd like to identify which payment corresponds to which account, you can use our payment lookup tool.
It will let you know the email address associated with each payment, so it will be easy to figure out.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you need anything else!

Thank you! That helped solve who's account its with! I tried to get a receipt for the purchase but it said that the link is invalid. Could you help me get a receipt for it or do I need to go into the account?

Not a problem, ABB HI, I'm glad it helped!
About the receipts, I would actually recommend reaching out to our support team directly.
If you're on a free account, you'll need to open a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and then go to this page.
From there, you should be able to provide the required info and submit your help request.
