Using my Caméra Netatmo with Dropbox

I have an internal Netatmo Camera. As soon as Dropbox has accepted me the page is empty with the only name Dropbox on top. No recording is possible. Did someone succeed? Thanks

    Hi, here is the sequence I obtain on my smartphone when trying to have netatmo camera accepted by dropbox.  I tryed several times and my connexion with optical fiber is excellent.

      Thanks, I've removed two images for your own privacy. 

       

      Could you try disconnecting from WiFi and using cellular data to see if this helps with connecting the app to Dropbox?

        Thanks to take care of my issue. With cellular the symptom is exactely the same.

        "Impossible to connect to server. This could be due to a bad connection." And this page doesn't appear for long; only when I push the button to go back from the screen with the only word dropbox on top. I must use my camera to get it. The remaining image is just the word dropbox on a blank page
