Hi imagepress, keep in mind that on our end, we don't have an official integration with Thunderbird.
Are you using this add-on to link your files from Thunderbird to Dropbox? If so, then as it states: "This add-on is not owned by or affiliated with Dropbox in any way", so you might need to contact them.
If you wish, as an alternative you can use shared links, in order to copy the file you need in Dropbox, and paste it into your email.
I hope this helps!

Hi Megan, thanks for your quick response. This was happening to multiple email addresses that we were sending from at one point. I have been in contact with our email provider and have since updated our SPF records and SPAM filtering system and it seemed to have help with a few email addresses that we were sending from. At the moment it currently seems to be singled out to be just a specific email address on a workstation. Not sure how that is possible. I can send the same email from my workstation with the dropbox file link service through Thunderbird just fine, but when we try it on another workstation with a different email address it comes up with this error. I am quite confident that this is not an internal issue. Hope this helps:)

Hi Megan, I appreciate your response and understand completely. I have ran into this kind of response with everyone that I have contacted regarding this issue. I was expecting this kind of response:)
Most people I have communicated with misunderstand what it is I am having issues with. The link service works just fine in Thunderbird and it uploads to Dropbox just fine. I only receive the error when I go to send the email from my Thunderbird mail client. It has to do with our email service provider and their spam filtering criteria. The service support rep for my email service was the one that recommended I reach out to the Dropbox Team and see if there was a current SPF record that was available for this sort of technical issue that could be inserted into our current SPF record sequence (on our email server end) to avoid bounceback messages containg SPAM-like characteristcs. I wanted a "SPF record specialist" number or email I could contact directly which led me to posting this in the forum.
No worries, just another dead end. I greatly appreciate your time. Take care.
