Hi AST2, thanks for messaging the Community.
As this appears to be related to a third party app, we wouldn't be able to provide much assistance on this matter.
Have you tried disconnecting the app from this page and reconnecting?
Keep me posted!

Hi Jay,
Thanks for coming back to me. Unfortunately Epson gave the same answer as you. "It's not us."
It is not an app, it is a printer scanning to drop box and the connection is setup via an online website of theirs called Epson Connect. The website allowed me to make and authenticate a new connection to drop box. This tells me that Epson seems to have no problem "seeing" drop box but as per the error message it seems drop box is not letting the scanned document in.
It really frustrates me when something works on multiple times a day for days and days on end then just stops !
Also frustrating when one party says it's not us it's them and vicer versa.
I can also see someone else is having the same problem.

Hey AST2 & RW71 - sorry to jump in here, but could you let us know if you've tried disconnecting the Epson's integration from your connected apps tab and re-connecting it anew if it's listed there?
Also, have you tried rebooting your computer, printer and internet router since you first noticed this?

I've got the same issue and need advice on how to sort it out. It makes dropbox much less useful if I can't upload scans

I also have the same problem. I have two printer/scaners connected to Dropbox from different locations. Both are not working.

I recommend the following:
a) It's in the best interest of Dropbox to engage directly with Epson and Brother to resolve this integration issue. Given that multiple users are experiencing similar problems with Dropbox integration across different printer brands, collaboration between Dropbox and these companies would likely lead to a faster and more effective solution.b) As a workaround, I've successfully resolved the issue by utilizing ONEDRIVE and GOOGLE DRIVE to open folders, which have been functioning smoothly for me.
c) I look forward to hearing from Dropbox as soon as this issue is resolved. It's important for users to stay updated on progress and eventual solutions to ensure a seamless printing and file management experience.

Hey Jay,
This still seems to be an issue for lots of users. I really don't think it is the third party apps issue.
Any thoughts/fixes ?

Hey Ben,
Any update ? Most of us are now looking down the barrel of three plus days of re-work. Would really like it not to be four days. There is no doubt you guys tried to fob this off initially. See early posts from your team. And it looks as if it has cost you users. It would be great if you accepted responsibility and got a fix in ASAP so as not to cost us all more money. Any update would be greatly appreciated.

Jay,
I am having the same problem with my Epson RR-600W scanner, which also uses Epson Quick Connect. And I have tried the troubleshooting steps you suggested and they did not work.
