The dbxcli-linux-amd64 is not working
"ls" works. "get" and "put" not works.
Hi nishantpanicker28, how are you today?
Based on the info you provided, it looks like someone invited you to a shared folder, not a Family account.
You can send them these steps, and ask them to invite you to the Family account.
I hope this helps!

Hey there antoniovandre - thanks for posting on our Community.
Could you please let us know some additional information about the issue you're having?
For example, what is your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox desktop app you're using at the moment?
Does the issue persist after rebooting your computer, or quitting and relaunching the app?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there, Antonio.

Hey antoniovandre, would it be okay if I reached out internally, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
