No Internet Connection Error - Can't Sign in - MacOS App

Good day, After over a year of flawless functionality, yesterday, the Dropbox app stopped syncing. I signed out and tried to sign back in, but to no avail. It gives me "No internet connection error...

    Update:

     

    I connected to my phone's hot spot and was able to log into the app, get it to sync, and all the normal jazz that had been working up until a couple days ago. 

    Therefore, there is something at the network level that is blocking the Dropbox authentication and syncing ports and/or URLs.

     

    That means it's resolved as far as Dropbox is concerned, but not for me.
