My computer isn't showing in my device list and it's not syncing with my Android.
My computer is not appearing in my device list and is not synchronising with my Android phone. Dropbox is installed on the computer and the phone. Please would someone tell me how to fix the problem?

The most possible scenario here is that you’re not signed in to the same Dropbox account on your computer and your mobile app.
To double check this, you can view the email address that’s linked to each device to make sure it’s the same on both (you can do this with these steps).
If your computer shows an email address that's different to the one you see on your mobile app, you’ll need to log out of that Dropbox account on it and sign back in with the correct account instead.
