I can't enable permissions on my S23 Samsung Galaxy for camera uploads
Dropbox keeps asking my to enable permissions for storage in my mobile Samsung S23 Galaxy but there is no place to enable it. I want to synchronize all my photos and videos in the cloud.
- 8 months agoConfirming I cleared cache and reinstalled Dropbox per the above instructions and it is working. It seems the issue is fixed in the latest version of Dropbox.

I am also experiencing this exact same problem. I have set Permissions for Camera and Photos and Videos, but I am still getting the message "To enable camera uploads, allow Dropbox to access your storage.". It's a Galaxy S23, Android OS. One UI version 6.0, Android version 14.
