I have selected "never show" in preferences, but I still get the badge popping up every time I open a document (see attached screenshot). It is annoying to have to click "hide" on the badge every time I open a document. Do you have any ideas as to how to actually make the badge "never show"?

Hey there emilymm,
Could you try the following steps and see if they do the trick?
- Enable Accessibility for Dropbox from your Mac's Preferences/Settings page.
- Enable the Dropbox badge.
- Apply the settings.
- Disable the Dropbox badge.
- Apply the settings.
- Disable Accessibility.
Let me know how it goes!
