What happens when you add the email address to the box asking for the email and click next? Does it present a password screen?

Hi sio_24, I hope you're doing well!
It might sound trivial, but have you ensured there's indeed a Dropbox account linked with the email address you're using in order to sign into the account?
If you use the website, can you log into it without an issue? If yes, then feel free to clarify the OS and Dropbox version you're using on your end.
