Files won't open - what can I do?

With the exception of 2 of my picture files, I am unable to open any of them. Why can't I access my pictures. I am very, very upset about this and need a solution. Please help!!! I never deleted thes...

If the web site isnt showing you previews of your pictures, then the files are likely been modified by something, could be a virus or that ransom ware that encrypts all your files.
