DropBox won't finish the Set Up on Win10

Hello ! I downloaded the .exe and installed DropBox (I just reinstalled Win10 on my PC) The first part went well but the Set Up process takes forever and gets nowhere... No error message, nothing...

    Thanks for the info, if the app is definitely not installed, then try downloading the offline installer (choose the appropriate version for your computer) and let me know how it goes.
