The same symptoms are still repeating.
Does the number of files affect this issue?
Other team members are using Dropbox without any problems.

The performance of the Dropbox desktop application could be affected if there are more than 300,000 files syncing down to your machine. Do you have that many files on your account?
Could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?

There are about 600,000 files.
I've already tried advanced reinstall.
