Hi all,
Native Apple silicon support is now fully available. All users with Apple silicon devices will receive the native version of Dropbox automatically. If you would like to update your device manually, you can do so by clicking on the latest Stable Build and downloading the Offline Installer (Apple Silicon) file. For more information, visit the Dropbox Help Center. If you need assistance with anything else, please feel free to create a new thread and our community team will be happy to assist.

Dear Lori,
Thanks for the update.
However, the main reasons people are upgrading to the M1 chipset is to have the benefits of the M1 native apps.
Dropbox is a key app and the fact that after many months the M1 Native app still has not been released can only be contributed to the fact that this is not seen as a critical priority by the Dropbox management.
https://isapplesiliconready.com has listed so many apps that have been able to make the transition successfully.
Just like many other paying customers and Dropbox ambassadors, if the Native M1 Dropbox version has not been released by the end of this month (May 2021), we’ll have no other choice but to move our company to an other supplier.
Thanks for escalating this issue, Byron

Me too.
Just upgraded to Apple M1 Silicon and being a Dropbox paying user for years. Here Dropbox is consuming a lot of computer resources...
If Dropbox doesn't come out with a native M1 app I will cut the subscription moving to something else.
