In Windows 11 Dropbox has been set to "Start Dropbox on system startup).
In Task Manager (used to be in msconfig) Dropbox is set as a Startup App.
Dropbox is not starting when Windows starts.

Yes. Didn't work. Dropbox still not starting on Windows Startup.
