Drop box uninstalled, still updates icons on my desktop(W10) and I just got a mail...

... that says I've assigned a new app "Dropbox Capture" to my account. I've uninstalled Dropbox at least 6 months ago cause it was constantly updating my desktop with these green checkmark-synced ...

Hi smith1911, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

You can check to see if you have any Dropbox programs on your machine and uninstall them if need be. 

 

Additionally, you can unlink any apps from this page, and disable notifications as well.
