Blank screen when opening folders
I have shared folders that I open every day, but today when I click on the folder, the screen goes blank. Does anyone know how I can open my folders?

And it's back online, but it was never reported down on the status page. A tiny oopsy daisy I guess.

It appears dropbox is having a system issue with their API. Checking console revealed a large quantity of JavaScript errors. I'm downloading the app now to see if it is an issue there as well. Status page still reports green, which is concerning to me.

Web access appears to have an issue (Chrome, Safari on Mac, Chrome on Android), but I was able to access through the desktop app on Mac OS with my basic plan.

I only use Dropbox through t he browser. How do you see the status page? Is it only in the app?

Hi Sidona,
Most services like Dropbox have a status site you can go to in order to check their services.
Dropbox hosts theirs at https://status.dropbox.com/To find a service's status page, you can usually just type [Service Name] Status into Google... unless google search is what is down LOL
Google's status page is another example: https://www.google.com/appsstatus/dashboard/
