App on Windows 11 stuck on "starting" but no progress.

I have been using Dropbox for Windows 11 on my PC for a couple of years now without problem.  Today I find that it won't connect.  I can browse to the website and login to my account but the app won'...

    Never mind..... after being out all day it suddenly decided to start working again, weird.
