What is Dropbox Analytics?
I have recently had a couple of Emails from Dropbox telling me that the free trial of Dropbox Analytics was about to end and the last one to say that it had ended. I wasn’t even aware that I was on a free trial for this product. It also states that I cannot now add new files to my Dropbox although I can access existing files.
I pay annually for Dropbox Plus so why are Dropbox saying that I now can’t add new files?

Dropbox Analytics refers to our DocSend product. You can see more about this here.
As far as I'm aware this shouldn't affect your Dropbox space. Would you mind checking your plan page online, and let me know what you see there?
Also, if you have a screenshot of the email that you received on your end (just make sure your personal info such as email and name is hidden), it's more than welcome too.
