My account is full even after deleting my files
Hello,
Does somebody know whether it is possible to get real help from dropbox, because the chat is only sending automatic messages... Or there is no help at all?
Thank you.

Have you checked www.dropbox.com/backups to see if thats using up the quota?
Note as well that deleted items do not use up your quota so deleting them has no impact

I have deleted all folders, shared folders, removed myself from other shared folders, and emptied the deleted items folder.
As far as I can tell I have nothing in DB, But it still says my DropBox is full.
I went from a paid business subscription to a 2GB plan because I retired.
Any thoughts?

Anything on your Backups page? If not, take a screenshot of your usage shown on your Plan page, and post it here. It looks like this:

Thanks for helping me Rich. I did find a backup and deleted it as well as emptying the deleted back ups folder. That most certainly was the culprit. So is the free 2GB plan a trial or can you use it indefinitely?
