I'm out of space, and think my Backup files are taking up space. How do I locate them?

Hi

 

I keep getting this message that I am almost out of storage space on my dropbox files.

 

I think I found the problem - my backup files are taking up most of the space.

 

However, I am not able to locate the files I am supposedly backing up, and I have no clue why these files would be taking up over 5 GB of space.

 

Can someone please help me figure out which files are being backed up - and to see a list of the backed up files, with size, so I can delete the (large) files that I dont need?
