Dropbox full
My Dopbox would be full and according to Dropbox it contains 9.77Gb. Only if I count the files, I don't get more than 1.04Gb. Also don't see shared folders as a problem. What is going on?

I have beef subscribing to Dropbox Plus for at least 6 years and only just found out I’m still with basic as program not updated. I only found this info when told by chat person to check my avatar, naturally very surprised but now see why I have not been able to sync. Hopeless situation as I can’t speak on phone to customer services. I’ve probably spent a lot of money unnecessarily and deleted thousands of files to try and correct situation!
