Hello, yes I have already delete the app and installed again, same problem.
About the Characters no one mentioned are in my name files..

If you check the bottom part of your screen, when your clock settings are showing, can you see a small Dropbox icon? If yes, I’d like you to hover over it and let me know what’s its syncing status and app version.
Also, if you open your local Dropbox folder and add a small file there, do you see it on www.dropbox.com?

I have disinstalled the app, but now it ask me to pay the download... Why?
I am not able to see if it's work until I don't have downloaded the app on windows

In any case I don't see in the bottom part the dropbox icon.
Also is not updated like the one online, there are missing documents.

In order to sync your files between the Dropbox website and your computer, you’ll need to install the desktop app once again.
Can you please click here to install it and let me know if you see the Dropbox icon in your system tray after that? You may need to click on the small arrow in your system tray instead to see it.

I have already installed again, but didn't have the files updated.
