Welcome to the Community, Ferhenry07!
Are you perhaps referring to the option to make your files online-only via the desktop app?
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see exactly, so that I can take a look?
Ping me, when you’re ready.

Hello Nancy, well I'm not sure. I'm referring to the option to not sync a specific file when I'm using the desktop app, that is, not having that green check symbol and therefore not sharing it anymore with dropbox. This option used to appear as something I could do when I clicked on the item with the right mouse button, but it doesn't show anymore. I'm sending a screenshot of where it was supposed to appear using microsoft edge (which currently has the green symbol but I don't want it to have it) as an example.

Hi Ferhenry07, could you try opening the Dropbox folder directly in Explorer and see what happens when you right click a file or folder in there? Do you get the Dropbox options appearing?
