Hi @harjot singh sandhu, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just to clarify, are you uploading by moving files into the Dropbox folder on your computer, or by uploading direct to the site?
Have you tried increasing or removing the upload bandwidth limit in the Dropbox desktop application?

yes i have already tired this setting and turned to dont not limit spped and bandwidth and still getting same issue.

Yes, I tired both uploading on the website and from the drive (application) which creates a virtual drive to upload. In both ways my uploading speed not going above 200kbps though my downloading speed is good.
i tried increasing and removing bandwidth, but none of it worked.
