Sharing templates

I have made some templates that I would like some of our office to access. Is this possible? When my colleague opens her DB, she can only see the ones she has created.

Hey Laurab3 - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!

Could you clarify the file type of the templates you mentioned? Are those Paper template docs for example or another file type?

How did you make them in the first place and how did you share them with your colleague?

Let us know more and we'll take it from there, Laura.

Sorry, I'm new to navigating Drop Box. I just uploaded a PDF to the template and created it from there. I have not shared as I am not able to. I can use it and send it for signature.

You'd need to share it with your colleague for her to be able to see your template Laurab3

Have you tried these steps to share the file at hand  with her?
