Shared links result in 400 error.
For some months now I am not able to share links since anyone who will open it will 9/10 times receive an error 400 message. Everytime I share these links I first test them in an incognito window and...

Sorry to hear about this, Venicious.
Just to clarify, does this happen with all of your shared links, or specific ones only? Can you send me a screenshot of the error, so that I can have a visual too?
Also, may I ask how long has it been since you've been facing this issue?
Keep me in the loop.

Thanks for your help.
The error looks like this.
I only share .mp3 or .wav files on dropbox to share music, so it's not really specific. I would say I've had this for a couple months now (2/3 months).

Hi Venicious, are you certain that you're copying the full shared link generated by the Dropbox site to share with other users?
Are the shared links created with edit or read-only access?

Hi, I am certain I am copying the full link since I always test it first in an incognito window and it always works for me the first time. The people who receive the link will then tell me that it doesn't work for them. When I then check the link again, it also doesn't work for me anymore and I get the error mentioned above.
I use the yellow button to copy links : (This is read-only access)

Are they opening the links on a desktop machine, or a mobile device?
Do you know if anyone has any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
