Hi from me as well, Mikeb365! Besides “Create link”, do you see another option to attach your files as they are instead? You can also upload a screenshot of what you see here, so that we can have a visual.

Here you go Megan. Creating link quickly appears, then an HTML link is added to the e-mail. I hope this helps. It does not give me any options, just creates the link.

Hi Jay,
Here are the steps:
1: open an e-mail and click the paperclip for attachments. Add the appropriate file, usually a pdf or jpg.
2: This box come up momentarily indicating that it is creating a link
3: The file is added as an HTML file.
