My shared folder locally doesn't have a green check mark. Why?
Good morning,
I'm havind problems with one of my shared dropbox folders.
I do not get the normal green check mark on any of the files and folders within the shared folder that is giving a pro...

Hey MeriSu, welcome to our Community!
It seems that some files/folders are online-only instead of available offline.
Have you tried changing their status using the steps mentioned here?
Give it a go, and let me know how it goes!

Hey Megan,
Thank you so much. I did what you recommended and it seems to have worked. I have the green check mark now an all my files and folders, and hopefully my Dropbox folder will work normally again.
