How can I track the messages on shared folders and transfers?
Hello Dropbox Community
I often share folders with my clients with notes
Just realized today that my main client cannot read the sent notes
I'm also looking where I can find the sent notes....

Hey Mada7D, thanks for taking the time to post to our Community.
By "sent notes", are you referring to comments on specific files within the shared folders?
Or are you perhaps talking about the notes you can leave to a user when you send them an invitation to a folder or a transfer?
If the latter, these are notes that appear only for the recipient and they can only be found in the email they receive with the folder invitation or transfer.
If that's not what you're talking about, let me know more and we'll take it from there.

Hello Hannah
Yes, thanks for the answer. It's a shame because my client says on her side she cannot read the notes, only the first few words. I think this should stay registered in Shared or Transferred.
The other thing is that when I go to those tabs not even haft of the files and folders I share are on the list.

Thanks for the feedback on the notes, Mada7D, I've passed them along to the team for their consideration.
As for the shared folders and transfers that are missing, specifically the shared folders, are you able to locate all of them in the "all files" page?
As for the missing transfers, are they active or expired?
And do you see the same, if you login from a different browser?

Hello Dropbox team
If I could keep track of my communication with my clients I would upgrade for sure.
