Getting a warning triangle when sending out documents for signature on Dropbox Sign

When we attempt to issue out documents for signature, we receive a triangle error message and documents are not being sent. Please see attached screenshot to see what message shows up. ...

Hi Walter I did try that no luck. I reached out to support them and the problem was resolved quickly (within a day). There is a limit in the number of signers, I guess per day since it worked the first time I sent it out though unsure about that. I had 11 signers. They said the raised the limit on my account. I then set it up again and it worked ok.
Great response time from support. An error message stating the issue would have been great (rather than just "error" and the triangle with exclamation mark). I could then have waited till the next day (if limit is daily) or broken it up (if limit is per document).
