Error when sharing subfolders with team member

Hi, 

 

We added a new member and as we are sharing folders with this member, in few subfolders when we choose the name ( email address) we receive t his person is not on drop box??? what is going on and how to override that because his membership was added and paid for and in some folders were shared.

    Do you keep seeing the same thing via different browsers? 

     

    If yes, can you send me a screenshot of the error you keep receiving, while masking the user’s info?
