Thanks for posting on our Community, Keano17.
In general, each plan has a specific size limit when it comes to file transfers.
Can you take a look at this link and let me know if the size of the files you’re trying to transfer is within these limits?
Keep me updated!

Hello,
This has nothing to do with size. I am able to transfer files via link.
There is some bug in the desktop APP!
btw. I have a 2 TB plan!
p.s.
You can see the error on the photo. Error also implies this has nothing to do with file size.
- Nancy3 years agoDropbox StaffHave you tried opening a file transfer perhaps via www.dropbox.com? Does the same issue persist or is this only happening on your desktop app?
Also, when inserting the email address, do you copy/paste it to Dropbox or do you write it manually instead?
Finally, I’d like you to clarify what’s the syncing status of your desktop app and the app version it’s running at the moment.
Keep me posted.- Keano173 years agoHelpful | Level 5
Everything works fine on web version. Problem is only in the Desktop app. on two different computers.
Dropbox version: v141.4.3299
