This will restore any settings which may have been changed without affecting or removing your files. Here are the steps to go about with this option:#1. Right-click the Dropbox icon in the system tray, or menu bar, by the clock.#2. Click on the :gear: icon & then select "Preferences".#3. Select the Account tab 👤 .#4. Click the "Unlink" button in the Account tab.#5. Your Dropbox will then prompt you to re-enter your account information.Your account will then take a few moments to re-index your Dropbox folder and sync any pending changes before returning to normal activity. (Extra tip: You may need to restart your device once!)Cheers!

Thanks Lusil. I've checked all of the requirements to run the Dropbox badge and I meet them all. The badge was previously working, but suddenly disappeared recently. I have logged a call with Dropbox Technical Support.

Hello,
I have the same problem as the original poster -- Dropbox badge not showing on my Dropbox business files. I checked the requirements here https://www.dropbox.com/help/business/badge-issues and I meet them all, however I am using Office 365.
I already tried unlinking both my personal and business account, relinking and rebooting, but no success.
I'm not sure when the problem started but I'm sure the badge was showing at some point in the past. One additional information (not sure if relevant) is that I previously had a different Dropbox business account linked to my personal account, and switched recently to a different (after unlinking the previous one). I'm not sure if the badge ever showed with this new business account.
Any suggestion?
